Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core, increase your stamina, or perfect your downward dog, our amazing instructors will help you get fit while you’re having fun. Wanna know the best part? Winter CLASSES

POWERTONE

Mon/Wed @ 12pm + 630pm | Tue/Thu @ 530am | Sat @ 830AM

This hour long full body toning class will challenge all of your muscle groups using a variety of equipment including bars, dumbbells, balls, kettlebells, and bands. The instructor will help you realize the power you've always had!

Core

You aren’t going to want to miss this one! Come flatten that belly, tighten those glutes, and strengthen your back in this class specifically designed for your core. A mix of equipment will be used.

All levels of fitness are welcome in this challenging and popular class! Increase your aerobic capacity and improve your stamina in this 60 minute class that offers high intensity intervals and endurance training. Water bottle and towel recommended!

Barre

This dance inspired class will leave any level of athlete exhausted from head to toe! Beginning with a low impact warm up and moving to a full body toning workout, the instructor will focus on muscle endurance and sculpting a killer physique!

Cardio Circuit

Fridays @ 12pm

A bootcamp style class where you will be challenged aerobically and anaerobically. Anything goes in this high energy, high intensity, class! The instructor will use a mix of equipment, intervals, teaching methods and styles to push your fitness to the next level!

Water Aerobics

sat @ 830am

Challenge your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness is this alternative aerobic class. Determine your own intensity - all fitness levels welcome!

Burn

Tue @ 12:15pm

Twice the energy, half the time! This HIIT style class brings it hard and fast and guarantees you’ll leave dripping after only 30 minutes! A variety of equipment is used, and all fitness levels are welcome!

Yoga

A class designed to integrate the body and the mind while focusing on strength, flexibility, and relaxation. All levels welcome.

HIGH Fitness

HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques like HIIT and plyometrics with music you know and love.

Pilates Mat

Mon @ 530pm | thu @ 630AM | fri @ 9am

A series of whole body exercises designed to build strength while developing balance and flexibility. In ten classes you’ll feel the difference, in 20 classes you’ll see the difference, and in 30 classes you’ll have a whole new body! All levels welcome.
