SPEED Specialized Protocols to Enhance Exercise Development

SPEED is a sport specific training program designed for athletes of all ages to help them develop general athleticism in speed, agility, power, and reaction time. Sport Specific training provides coaches with a more highly-skilled and better-conditioned athlete; who translates directly to success and victory in sporting events and game scenarios. The programs and training protocols are developed by health and fitness professionals that have been proven effective through scientific research, as well as individual and team athletic performance.

Acceleration and Agility Training Programs
This program is designed to improve power, quickness, coordination, core stability, balance and awareness of body position utilizing plyometric and ground-based training methods. This program follows systematic progression of exercises that range from basic balance and movement skills to advanced running, sprinting and multi-directional training.

Baseball Conditioning
A program designed to strengthen the muscles and movement patterns necessary to increase throwing velocity, distance and hitting power.

Golf Conditioning
A full body flexibility, stability and strengthening evaluation relative to athletic performance. The individualized approach is designed to strengthen areas required for an improved golf swing and overall performance on the course.

Jumping & Vertical Reach Training
This program teaches proper power techniques to increase explosiveness, vertical leap, first step quickness and aids in injury prevention of the lower body.

Personal Training
Sessions are individually designed to meet your fitness goals, while working one-on-one with a fitness professional. Individuals of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate.

Group Classes
A variety of exercises classes designed to meet the fitness needs of individuals wanting to focus on different conditioning goals. Classes offered range from Core Strength and Flexibility classes, Cardio & Strength Classes, Total Body Fitness Classes, Upper Body Fitness, Lower Body Fitness to Senior Fitness. Kids Get Fit
A supervised training program for kids ages 8-14 to promote exercise and healthy eating habits.

Boot Camps
An up tempo workout designed for individuals who want results! With the use of stability balls, bands, body weight and other strengthening/conditioning techniques you will strengthen and tone the entire body.

Sport Camps
Camps designed to work on skills unique to the individual’s specific sports. Camps include baseball specific, football, basketball and golf.

Pilates
This is an exercise system focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and helping to prevent injury. Pilates trainings is designed to create a balanced body, flat stomach, balanced legs and a strong back.

Yoga
These classes focus on body tone, flow and stretch with emphasis on vinyasa flow, strengthening the core muscles, improving balance and increasing flexibility. This class will leave you feeling more relaxed with improved strength, concentration and flexibility.

Nutritional Counseling
A comprehensive look at diet and lifestyle will allow us to design the correct eating plan to reach individual goals. Learn how to lose weight, gain weight, eat right for your sport or just eat healthier.
