3 home-made, natural and delicious fat-burning salad dressing recipes for a Healthy Fit Physique”

Sweet & Creamy Avocado Maple Dressing

Ingredients: (2 tbsp. is one serving)

1 avocado
1/4 cup Organic Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:  Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until creamy.

Tasty Green Onion and Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients: (2 tbsp. is one serving)


1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 cup of diced green onion
1/2 cup of cilantro
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:  Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Fresh and Light Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients: (2 tbsp. is one serving)

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. 100% Pure honey
3 tbsp. water
1/2 cup of raspberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:  Blend all ingredients in a blender on low until well combined.
